OpenSCAM is an Open-Source program that enables you to simulate 3-axis NC machining. You can simulate cylindrical, conical, ballnose, spheroid and snubnose tool shapes. You can export cut workpiece to STL files, to edit tables and add height probing to 2D GCode files.

Running windows 10, this needed a ton of dlls downloaded, however if you search for them you can find them, just keep running it and then finding the missing .dll until you have them all. Maybe seven or eight total?
